Onofiok Akpan Luke was born on March 16, 1978
to Barr and Mrs Akpan Luke of Ikot Etobo in Nsit Ubium local government area of
Akwa Ibom State. He attended St. Theresa’s Catholic primary school and later,
Lutheran High School, Obot Idim where he obtained a Senior Secondary School
Certificate in 1996. Onofiok Luke has a Bachelor’s degree in Law
obtained from the University of Uyo in 2005, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2010 upon graduation from the Nigerian Law School in the same year.
